Stir fry is favorite here. The variations are endless.
and I see cauliflower and snow peas so the air freight cannot be all bad!
We probably have this particular incantation of it once a week Fawn. Its usually a pretty safe choice for supper, all of us like it.

They are robin andrea, although depending on the vegetable supply I stick pretty close to what is above.
We generally have pretty good, but expensive, veggie selection here indigo. I’m often surprised at the exotic fruits we get from time to time. There are times though, when there is nothing, or what is here looks pretty frightening. Not often but it makes it challenging to cook for clients from time to time.
