Hi Ian. No, that is the moon. Jupiter is on the left side of the image. Perhaps better visible in the higher resolution version.

It wouldn’t be impossible for Jupiter to cast a glow on the water, though. Somewhere, I have a photo of Venus, at about the same magnitude, doing just that.
